My specialty is to create a 3D design using any available application that I know, that the client can visualize the 2D design so that it is realistic and also visualize what the result of the design will be especially Facade design that almost matter and to see what else needs to be added or what is missing.

I make sure to take into account any code issues that may arise during schematic design, such as meeting the building's exit requirements.
